So you can have a smooth visit at our orthopedic offices across Denver, we offer resources to help with appointment scheduling, billing, refills and insurance.

Office hours

Our office hours vary by location. Please learn more by calling offices directly or visiting the location page.

Patient care

You can access our services in a variety of ways. No matter your health provider, you have the means for accessing those services here with these helpful resources.

Make an appointment

To schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, please call any of our offices or schedule an appointment online.

New patient visits

To complete paperwork, new patients are asked to arrive at their appointments 15 minutes early. Prior to your appointment, you can also download, print and complete new patient forms.

For a smooth registration process, we ask you to bring the following to your appointment:

  • List of your current medications
  • Recent copies of X-rays
  • Recent lab results
  • Your insurance card

Virtual visits

If you have a busy schedule and have trouble fitting appointments, we have virtual care visits. We offer online and phone options designed to give you care when you need it, on your terms.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. You can also pay your bill online.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and ID with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

We recommend that you call your insurance company to verify that we participate in your plan. Please refer to our price transparency resource for more information about estimated costs for common procedures.

Please notify us if you have any change in your name, phone number, address or insurance as soon as it occurs. Please be prepared to present your insurance card at every visit.

Cancellations or rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

Refill requests

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call the practice office to let us know what you need.

After-hours and emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call any of our locations and our answering service will assist you.
